Blake and the team are very professional and did a first class job start to finish - no corners cut. Clear quote, took care to do what I was after as best as possible and good communication. On the job, Mark and Dan were competent, friendly and made sure to get the job done correctly even if it took longer - appreciated the quality of the work. Both were very professional and all cabling work was done well and seamlessly. Highly recommended as a stand up business with both a great owner and great staff!

We have used Captain Cook several times with both simple and complex jobs. Jackson was extremely helpful with our recent work. Job was completed promptly and after testing, he cleaned up thoroughly. Tradesmen are notorious for talk but it ends there. Captain Cook is our go to for electrical work in our home. We have never had a problem with anything they have done over the years.

Jackson was immediately available. He had the tools, resources, knowledge and skills to install and terminate a Cat6 cable from one side of the house (single story domestic) to the other. One section required assistance from a collegue who was nearby and together they completed and tested the install efficiently. At all times they were polite, courteous, and consulting when decsions such as wall socket placement were required. There has been no requirement for a callback or any issue whatsoever. Thank you Jake and co for a job well done.

I needed help with connecting NBN with the new modem, looking as neat and hidden as possible. The process of booking was very easy, the lady who took the call was very helpful and answered all my questions, including those about payment. Mark who visited was efficient and also provided the affordable options to choose from without any hidden fees.
